Terms of Service

PAYMENT
• Upfront payment is required to begin working on the commission.
• The start of the project depends on my workflow and the artworks already on queue. If you wish to halt payment till I reach your request that is possible.
• Failing to pay the commission will result on being removed from the waitlist/queue.REVISIONS
A total of 3 revisions are allowed considering the resposability you have of sharing the correct and clear reference pictures to the creation of the artwork:
• A partial remake of the sketch.
• Minor adjustment to lineart.
• Color correction if necessary.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• The usual delivery of the artwork is mentioned when submitting the order, this not counting the additional wait on the trello queue.
• There is a chance the artwork will be ready before said timeline.
• Depending on the complexity of said work, it might take longer to be completed.
• If the rushed fee is paid, the artwork will be done on the timeline agreed without delay.
• Artwork will be delivered in a 2000x2000 300dpi canvas in .jpeg and .png formats unless you specify any other dimensions.USE
• Personal Use Only unless the Comercial Use fee is paid.
• Use of my artwork to train Artificial Inteligence is strictly forbidden.
• You are free to repost it but with credit.
• Do NOT modify/edit my artwork.
• Do NOT use my artwork to enter any contest impersonating me or claiming it as yours.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• You are free to use my artwork for personal uses but not for commercial use (aka prints or any form of commercial gain, etc) unless the fee for said purpose was paid and you must credit me at all times.REFUNDS
• I have a NO REFUND policy once the commission has been paid.
• I can make few exceptions (before I even deliver the sketch) but keep in mind this is considered as you wasting my time, therefore restricting the amount of possible future projects (if any) I'd work with you.
• If I'm unable to finish the artwork due to a major external event/circumstance (such as a natural disaster, technical difficulties, severe and unexpected health ocurrences, etc), a refund will be ensued when possible if the client cannot wait for said event to resolve.COMMUNICATION
• Communication is necessary throught Vgen chat or Discord DMs.
• You must provide clear and abundant references if you want something specific made. (do not provide AI images, I rather you give me a stick figure).
